"Garden of Dreams" is part of a project to turn a courtyard in the middle of the school into a garden. Two hundred students , between 5 and 11 years, made these murals, using a quarter of a ton of grogged stoneware clay.

A harp was used to cut slabs. Children made templates from photocopied images found in books, cut out the shapes in clay, and used various methods of texturing the clay with tools and found objects. The art teachers made the tree trunk and spider's web and arranged the pieces. About 30 nursery school children, ages 2- 4, made "stones" for the river bank.

The slabs were painted with colored slip and glazes and dipped in a matt clear glaze then fired to stoneware, 1260.
