Above is an image of Piccadilly Circus as it appears today. The statue in the forground was added after Nash died.
As you can see, in this case the original architecture has been restored in this part of the street. This is a good example
of how Nash's design still functions well today, because it never relied on uniformity. Thus, even building fronts that
have been replaced completely do not look too out of place.
