As a community, our ultimate goal is to make the middle school a place where everyone feels like they belong. To that end, diversity initiatives in the middle school are an ongoing collaborative effort between students, faculty, staff, and parents. Further, the developmental stage of middle school students dictates that our community engages in difficult conversations about living and learning in a diverse environment and leads by example as we strive to understand the world beyond ourselves
