Before School Programs 

At the Ethical Culture School, Before School Programs in Instrumental Music for Grades 4-5 and Instructional Spanish for Grades K-1 complement the curriculum.

The Instrumental Music program offers beginning and advanced beginning instruction in brass, stringed, and woodwind instruments. The program has been designed to dovetail instruction that all students receive in Grade 6 and later at Fieldston.

The Spanish program develops conversational ability through carefully constructed exercises that use real situations. Each structured class focuses on the introduction of vocabulary, pronunciation, and useful expressions. Class exercises are augmented with activities that include games, stories, dances, and songs.

After School Programs

Ethical Culture, Fieldston Lower and Fieldston Middle offer after school programs in the fall, winter, and spring. Over 150 course offerings include art, music, drama, sports, science, foreign language, community service, and computer education for Grades K-6.
