Online Re-Enrollment

For the 2012-2013 school year, ECF is pleased to introduce online re-enrollment. Parents are able to log in online and enroll students for the 2012-13 school year. This process is faster and easier for parents and also expedites the re-enrollment process.

The online re-enrollment website is located at https://my.ecfs.org. This is the same website most of you use for online tuition payments or for accessing upper school students’ grades. Parents must log into their account to complete the enrollment process.

- What is online re-enrollment?
  - For the 2012-13 school year, ECF is moving the re-enrollment process from paper to electronic medium. Parents are able to log in online and enroll students for the 2012-13 school year.
- Why are we making this change and when?
  - This process is faster and easier for parents and also will expedite the re-enrollment process. The online re-enrollment process began on February 1.
- Will I still get the re-enrollment contract in the mail?
  - Enrollment contracts will no longer be mailed to you. Parents must log into their account to complete the enrollment process; the process is similar to making online tuition payments.
- Who will be able to view and submit the contract online?
  - Parents who received the original contract by mail will be able to view and submit the contract online. They will get an email announcing that 2012-13 contracts are ready, with instructions on how to proceed. This process will be faster and easier for parents, and also will expedite re-enrollment.
- What is the special section of the website?
  - The online enrollment website is located at https://my.ecfs.org. This is the same website most of you use for online tuition payments or for accessing upper school students’ grades.
- How do I get the User ID and Password?
  - You can reset your password by clicking on the I Forgot My Username or Password link on the enrollment website’s login page, and entering in the corresponding field the email address at which you receive school email communications.
- How do I make the re-enrollment deposit?
  - Parents can make payment in two ways:
    
    a) Electronic check – payment can be made securely in the re-enrollment section of the website by submitting the checking account and bank routing number.
    
    b) Mail in paper check – to send in the paper check, please select "Pay by check" in the payment options. Please print out the voucher and mail the voucher with the check to the address in the voucher.
- When can I re-enroll?
  - The contracts will be available starting on February 1, 2012. Parents must complete and submit the contracts by February 24, 2012.
- How can I check the status of my contract?
  - To view the status of your contract and/or pay your enrollment deposit, log in to the enrollment website at https://my.ecfs.org (see FAQ above for additional information on accessing the website).

Log on with your parent portal username and password. If you don't know your account information or have forgotten it, click on the 'I Forgot My Username or Password' link on the login page, enter the email address the school has on file for you in the corresponding field (while leaving the username field blank) and click the 'Get User Name/Password' button.
