• Favorite thing about Fieldston: The Quad — the sounds of the city can get lost amongst the benches, trees, and green space. 
• Favorite media: “The Wire” (HBO series), followed closely by “Breaking Bad” (AMC Networks series)
• Favorite place in New York: The West Village, Manhattan  
• Favorite dish: Dry-aged porterhouse… enough said! 
• Secret dream job: ESPN “SportsCenter” anchor
• First job: In high school, I worked as a dishwasher and busser at a seafood restaurant. I remember being so proud to be promoted to the deep fryer line, where I could fry fish, shrimp, and oysters!

• Secret dream job: As a teenager, I dreamed of being an architect, chef, or physician.
• First job: In high school, I worked as a tutor, babysitter, library clerk, and after school program supervisor.

• Favorite thing about Fieldston: The students inhabit every nook and cranny of the buildings on campus, signaling that Fieldston is their school and not merely where they go to school.

• Favorite place in New York: Storm King Art Center; if referring to New York City — The Ramble in Central Park
• Favorite dish: Maine lobster with steamers
• Secret dream job: SnowSports Director at the Yellowstone Club
• First job: In high school, I worked at REI, first helping unload the truck that came each Thursday evening. Later, I was promoted to a sales floor position.

• Favorite thing about Fieldston: The students, who are brilliant, persistent, and empowered.
• Favorite media: “The Read” (podcast), “British Vogue,” “The New Yorker,” and “The Last Airbender” (the series, obviously)
• Favorite place in New York: In New York City, I have a special spot in a park in my neighborhood where I can see the entire skyline to the south and the George Washington Bridge to the north at sunset. I also love to visit the pier on Charlotte Beach and Lake Ontario — I lived five minutes away from there for a good chunk of my life!
• Favorite dish: Abenkwaan! It is a hearty Ghanaian soup made with ground abe (palm nut), and “fufuo” from both boiled and pounded cassava and plantain.
• Secret dream job: I’ve always dreamed of being a Formula 1 driver, a fighter jet pilot, a music producer, or even a Pulitzer Prize-winning author whose novels are all adapted into Oscar-winning films.
• First job: Technically, my first job was being my mother’s sous chef. But my first “real” job was working as a clerk at my neighborhood public library. I was the most-requested storytime reader to young children!
