Fieldston Middle came together in an annual tradition — the Valentine’s Day Love is Love event. This unique poetry event was created and organized by 7th Grade Dean and English Teacher Debora St-Claire. The Fieldston Middle community gathered for a morning that featured students such as Asher S. ’28 and Lila K. ’27 who read original poems, students who picked a poem from a table of selected readings, and even poetry readings by teachers like Mr. Villenueva, who read Shakespeare’s “Sonnet 18.”
