Fieldston Middle welcomed author Abby White to cam Fieldston Middle welcomed author Abby White to campus yesterday for a literary lunch! After speaking about her writing process at a town hall with the whole community, Abby joined a group of 7th Graders for a choose-your-own adventure writing workshop. Students worked together to create the idea for a novel, thoughtfully debating what genre, setting, theme they were most interested in exploring.
Ethical Culture Pre-K and Kindergarten students ga Ethical Culture Pre-K and Kindergarten students gathered for a sing-along last week! Students had so much fun singing new songs and old favorites, including “A Feeling Inside,” the Ethical Culture school song.
Friday’s Alumni Basketball Game brought together g Friday’s Alumni Basketball Game brought together generations of Eagles for a friendly but competitive scrimmage. Members of the Boys Varsity Basketball team faced off against a group of alumni, many of whom are former Fieldston players, and ultimately clinched the hard-fought game in triple overtime!
Libraries are an essential part of our ECFS academ Libraries are an essential part of our ECFS academic experience, providing students with a warm and welcoming environment to explore literacy, practice research skills, and spend time together. From classroom lending libraries to the Tate, students practice the freedom and critical thinking skills to choose books that expand their knowledge and horizons.
