Incoming Families

All students must have a completed electronic health record in Magnus Health before school begins. Required forms include the Student Vital Health Record, Annual Physical, Immunization Record, Consent to Treatment, and Over-the-Counter Medication consent. Additional forms may be required for specific conditions or prescriptions. 

We will update this page in mid-June with more information regarding medical form submission for the 2026–2027 academic year. All Fieldston Upper students are expected to have a laptop to bring to school. Families who receive financial aid from ECFS may be eligible for financial assistance with purchasing.

Fieldston Middle students are given a Chromebook to use while at school, but they do need access to a computer with a web browser at home for schoolwork. The Financial Aid Office is limited to providing assistance for the purchase of Chromebooks for Fieldston Middle students.

4th and 5th Graders at Ethical Culture and Fieldston Lower will need access to a computer with a web browser at home for schoolwork. If you would like to purchase a laptop for home use, we recommend purchasing a Chromebook for your child. The Financial Aid Office is limited to providing assistance for the purchase of Chromebooks for elementary school students.

Fall orientation dates across all divisions are shared every summer. More details will follow from your respective divisions.

New students will receive ECFS accounts including email accounts in the summer.
