The Ethical Culture Fieldston School kicked off the fall by coming together on the Fieldston campus for Homecoming 2019. For everyone in the community â from alumni to teachers to current students â it was an opportunity to connect with fellow Eagles, show orange pride, and appreciate everything ECFS has to offer.
ECFSâ Varsity teams gave it their all, from honoring their seniors by making a tunnel with hockey sticks for seniors to run through to showing camaraderie and sportsmanship on the field.

The final 2019 Homecoming scores were:
- Field Hockey vs Riverdale: 1-0
- Girls Soccer vs Riverdale: 0-1
- Girls Tennis vs Riverdale: 2-3
- Volleyball vs Riverdale: 3-1
- Water Polo vs Riverdale: 9-1
- Boys Soccer vs Riverdale: 4-0
- Football vs Hackley School: 0-51
Off the field, Homecoming attendees took pictures with the Eagle, alumni mingled at the Alumni Tent, and kids jumped in the bouncy castles and got artistic with crafts. The day was unseasonably warm, the sun bathing the campus in a golden glow. Spirits were high and smiles abounded â exactly what you’d hope for when you’re coming home.
