Give Back
We are profoundly grateful for everyone who supports our students and our School! The generous philanthropic contributions seen in this report are a reflection of the commitment of our parents/guardians, alumni, faculty, staff, grandparents, parents of graduates, and more.
If you haven’t given yet for the 2023–2024 academic year, add your name to the list of donors supporting ECFS this year by making a gift now. We’ve made it easy for you to give back by offering numerous ways to make your gift.
Make your gift online in one easy step here, or visit our philanthropy page for more information on stock gifts, planned giving, matching gifts, and more.
Gifts of all sizes make an impact; we hope you will make your gift at the giving level that feels impactful to you and your family.

Here are a few examples of the stories we share on a regular basis:
During the annual Pattern Day, the Ethical Culture community came together to celebrate the math found in our everyday lives and explore how patterns exist in music, ethics, and language.
At Fieldston Lower, 4th Grade students and teachers explored a new approach to a favorite Spanish project: building a Google Earth tour of their chosen Spanish-speaking country, allowing fellow classmates to explore communities across the globe.
In English class, the 7th Grade explored ethics by reading “The Lord of the Flies” and examining the question of one’s responsibility toward others and recognizing that different perspectives are needed to find an answer.
A cohort of 11th Graders journeyed into uncharted territory as the inaugural participants in Fall City Semester, which was previously only offered in the spring. With the city as their classroom, students explored spaces, New York City waterways, and immigration and migration throughout the five boroughs.
